Eligibility

You must be 18+ to receive a reading (or be accompanied by a parent/guardian).

Please ask questions with an open mind and a respectful attitude.

Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential and protected by professional secrecy.

Scope of readings

Please do not provide information about third parties. Readings are based on the cards, if it is not shown, it will not be discussed.

Personal responsibility

Your choices and actions are always your own responsibility. Readings may offer guidance, but the final decisions are yours.

Pros and Cons of Company

Bringing company is allowed as long as you take in account that what is shared during the session needs to stay comfortable for you as a client. Bringing a friend as emotial support can be empowering, however a partner or parent is not recommended in some cases. Booking separate sessions is always a possibilty of course.

Booking and payment

Payment is required in advance to secure your session. Please provide proof of payment as a reply to the confirmation email that you’ll receive.

Cancellations and attendance

A full refund is only possible up to 48 hours before your appointment. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend. Please let us know in advance if you transfer your spot.
