You must be 18+ to receive a reading (or be accompanied by a parent/guardian).

Confidentiality

Sessions are confidential and protected by professional secrecy.

Scope of readings

Please do not provide information about third parties. Readings are based on the cards, if it is not shown, it will not be discussed.

Personal responsibility

Your choices and actions are always your own responsibility. Readings may offer guidance, but the final decisions are yours.

Booking and payment

Payment is required in advance to secure your session. Please provide proof of payment as a reply to the confirmation email that you’ll receive.

Cancellations and attendance

A full refund is only possible up to 48 hours before your appointment. No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend. Please let us know in advance if you transfer your spot.
